Food for thoughts
Personal Hygiene - By practicing good hygiene like washing our hands regularly and keeping our surroundings clean, we can reduce the risk of spreading germs and falling ill. Especially those like myself who lives in modern high-rise we often forgets to open our windows regularly to air our homes. Keeping our homes aerated will help reduce level of harmful contaminants in the air and make it safer for those living within. A home with poor ventilation gets mouldy and develop moisture problems. Often this leads to respiratory issues. Even worst some home moulds are deadly.
Healthy Diet - Global statistic estimates there are 2.3 billion children and adults who are overweight. This brings with it serious health condition such as diabetes, those seriously overweight may even lead to musculoskeletal disorders. Obesity is also associated with cancers.

Eating nutritions foods can provide our body with essential vitamins and minerals to function properly. Personally, I never leave home without consuming Vitamin B complex to help combat stress and Gluthathione to reduce cell damage and help my liver have better performance.

Sleep - How many of us are getting sufficient sleep? If you wake up feeling tired, in a bad mood & poor emotional states. Chances are you did not have a restful sleep even if you were in bed for 10 hours. Sleep deprivation negatively affects our mental abilities and emotional states. There are scientific studies showing long term sleep deprivation can impact our immune system and brain health. Recently, to help improve my bad sleeping habits I seeked help from a Sleep & Performance Coach - Cavan Chan. After 4 nights sleeping with a little ring device that recorded my sleeping data. Cavan analysed and provided me with extensive science backed reports which frankly shocked me. The data points were extremely useful in identifying key issues assisting Cavan to recommend holistic remedial actions. It was money well spend. Everyone is different there's no one size fit all solutions.
Working in an extremely high pressure job daily - getting deep restful sleep was a challenge for me for several years often I wake feeling tired. Ever since I started on the regiment prescribed by Cavan my skin has improved, feel more relax & I fall asleep much faster.
If you take your sleep seriously I highly recommend you find a sleep therapist near you. As I preach self-care is the best health care. Invest in your personal health. We can do with 1 less Dior handbag.
